ETERNAL MOMENT
By Vera Von Monika
In the hush of twilight’s breath,
where shadows and light softly entwine,
I stand, lost in the beauty of now,
a fleeting instant where the world fades to quiet.
Your presence, like a gentle flame,
illuminates the edges of my soul,
casting a warmth I thought I’d forgotten,
a whisper that stirs forgotten dreams.
In the stillness of the moment,
I hear the echoes of your soft breath,
as if the air itself is charged with magic,
a connection so deep, it reverberates within.
In this delicate moment,
where time rests lightly on our hearts,
I find a stillness, as if the world itself
is held between your gaze and mine.
The beauty of now is not in the passing days,
but in this shared silence, in the glow of your light.
Here, I linger, with every breath,
wishing this moment could stretch forever.
Through the quiet, I reach out,
not with my hands, but with my heart,
for this is a moment where words are not needed,
where the pulse of our connection says all there is to say.
The beauty is in what cannot be named,
in the fragile, timeless space between us,
where nothing needs to move
we are simply here, and that is enough.
